BONNA POT

This year’s Bonna Pot will be held at Auto Camp Ginga in Nishiizu.  The dance floor will be located on an open-air grass field in a beautiful forest, an area that we were not permitted to use the last time.   
The sound system has been updated since the last event. Over the past two years, it has been tested and refined, resulting in a high-end and original sound system of the utmost quality. Featuring a damp and powerful low end along with a smooth and delicate mid to high range, articulating a three-dimensional output through which artists can manipulate with intent making the auditory senses visible. We aim to produce a sound that is extraordinarily pleasurable and purifying that reaches deep.  
The artists playing on this sound system are DJs and live acts with a wide range of music and originality. From overseas, seven artists from Detroit, Berlin, Bangkok, and Melbourne will be playing. A few are coming for their first time to Japan, some may not be well known here, but we have heard all artists play live and wanted them to be a part of Bonna Pot. Our domestic lineup is solid with four artists playing at Bonna Pot for the first time. The timetable has been structured based on the sun, moon, stars, and the transition of space. 
Our vision is to create a space where all forms of music, expressions, people, ages, nationalities, races, and beliefs blend under the umbrella of music, harmonizing balance without losing light. We encourage attendees to bring artwork, creations, decorations, and performances to be displayed or sold. We hope you all come and experience the entirety of the three-day weekend with a free and open mind, touch something new and step into the unknown with curiosity and thrill.  
We look forward to creating together an experience of imaginative and inspirational music under the clear skies of November.

*Event admission will only be open during the dates and times above. You cannot enter or re-enter the venue outside of the gate opening hours.

Ticket Information:
General Admittion Ticket ¥20,000
Parking Lot A ticket (no car re-entry): 4,000 yen
Parking Lot B ticket (Car re-entry pamitted): 7,000 yen　
Tent Ticket: 3,000 yen (one tent ticket required per tent or tarp / maximum 4m x 3.5m)

- Refunds after ticket purchase will only be issued in the event of cancellation. The event will proceed in the case of rain. Refunds will not be available in cases of artist
cancellation or changes, cancellation of event due to natural disasters or other unforeseen accidents. Please carefully read notes guidelines before purchasing ticket.

- Admission of minors (under the age of 18) is free but only permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian needs to show an ID of minors at the entrance gate.

- There will be no single-day ticket.

- Those who wish to stay at nearby hotels must purchase a “Parking Lot B Ticket” which allows re-entry for a car. Parking Lot B ticket holders can only re-enter the venue on Saturday, November 9 from 14:00 to 23:00. They may leave the festival site at any time.

- All tickets are electronic tickets. Please prepare a smartphone or tablet that can access the Internet, access the electronic ticket from the link in the e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address after ticket purchase or from the ZAIKO account from which you purchased the ticket, and show the admission screen to the staff.

- You will need to register for a ZAIKO account in order to purchase tickets.

 

■Community Guideline
- Bonna Pot hopes to create a space where everyone can enjoy themselves without worries. We welcome those with respect for all people, regardless of race, nationality, gender, sexuality, age, abledness, or economic status, and who can approach others with a free and open mind. Please contact us if you have any concerns due to physical disabilities or if you cannot afford the ticket.

- Re-entry during the event is only possible for those with a “Parking Lot B Ticket” and for those traveling by bus or cab. It is recommended to shop for necessary items in advance.

-Attendees are welcome to bring food and beverages, but please enjoy them in the camp sites. No outside food and beverages in the dance floor area please. We are preparing special food and bar. We would appreciate it if you could support the event whenever possible by purchasing them.

-Prohibited Items:
Fireworks and other explosives, any dangerous items, items prohibited by law, items that may disturb other attendees.

- Your waste will be collected at the end of the event for 500 yen per bag. Please separate wastes into burnable, glass bottles, cans, and plastic bottles and bring them to the collection station. Please be sure to refrain from throwing it away at convenience stores or parking areas along the way back. Please return empty containers purchased at the food corner to the stores.

-Please be responsible and ensure the safety of your children and minors.

-No pets allowed.

- The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for accidents, loss, theft, injury, or illness inside or outside the venue.

-Fires directly on the ground is prohibited. Please use portable fire pits. Also recommend the use of a fire sheet. Please dispose of ashes and leftover embers in designated areas. 

-Water (cooking area, shower, toilets, etc)  is limited. Please help conserve when possible. Please purchase and bring your own water for drinking and cooking as much as possible. When washing dishes, please try to conserve water by wiping up dirty dishes by paper first.

- There will be 1 handicapped-accessible restroom and a gender-free restroom in the venue.

-The festival site has good. cell phonereception for Softbank and Y-Mobile. A bit weak with Docomo and AU. Rakuten has no reception.

 

●Accommodation 
The only accommodation available in the venue is campsites. Lodges are not available. No auto camp.

- For those of you who would like to stay accommodations outside of the venue, please take a taxi or Parking Lot B.

Hours of operation: 8am to 8pm / Open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
About 2,500 yen from the venue to the center of Nishi-Izu Town.
It is recommended to make a reservation (especially on Fridays), but we hear that it is also possible to call without a reservation.

-The parking lot is a on a slope and it is not very suitable for sleeping in the car. If you would like to come in a Campervan or a RV, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate.

- The closest camp site is directly next to the parking lot, the farthest is about a 30 minute walk. We will run a piston car that will pick drivers up and take them back to the camp site area when the parking lot reaches farther than a certain distance. Unloading from your car and non-drivers will be dropped off at the unloading area by the camp site before your car goes to a parking lot.

-Nothing is available for rent, please bring every camp gears you’ll need. .

- Firewood will be for sale at the main building of campground but will be limited. Please bring your own.. 

- Venue’s shower and Goemon Bath will not be available. But there will be shuttle buses to a public bath on Saturday morning to afternoon. Details tba.

-Coming by car or bus is recommended. Make your car rental or bus reservations asap!

- Venue access from the northern forest road is prohibited. Please come via Route 136 and 59.

- Due to limited parking space, we would appreciate it if you could come in a shared vehicle.

- Those who come by Motorcycle will need a Parking Ticket.

- If you are coming from far away, you can rent a car from Mishima train station on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line (available from about 7,000 yen for a two-day rental), rent a car from Haneda Airport OR take a tour bus from Shibuya, or rent a car from Fuji Shizuoka Airport.

● Bring your own ART INSTALLATIONS
You are free to bring artworks, creations, decorations and performances as long as it is compatible with the balance and concept, and will not disrupt the event. If doing so, please let our staff know at the entrance before entering.
- Please refrain from bringing anything to the dance floor, keep things at the camp site. You are free to choose any location to set up as long as it does not interfere with event operations.
-Please bring your own battery if power is required. Generators are prohibited.
- Everything must be carried from the parking lots.
-Please contact us in advance if you plan on bringing a large installation, if you require time to set up and take down, or if you need venue power. Please email a summary of the installation and / or any questions to the email address below.
